Operating Tips

Instructions for a Safe Hire

Use the Right Fuel

All our Hino, Isuzu and Fuso trucks require diesel only. Never use petrol or biodiesel blends above manufacturer recommendations.

Watch Load & GVM

Stay within the rated GVM and axle limits. Overloading causes excess wear, braking issues and potential fines.

Pre-Start Checks

Check oil, coolant, tyres, lights and brakes before each trip. Report any warning lights immediately.

Return on Time

Return the truck with the agreed fuel level and cleanliness. Late returns may incur additional day charges.
